This is the original version of Twelve Angry Men, broadcast live on September 20, 1954, as part of the CBSTV anthology series Studio One. The first production of this now iconic drama, it was believed lost for half a century. Miraculously, a kinesecope was discovered in 2003. Written by Reginald Rose, directed by Franklin Schaffner, and starring Robert Cummings. All three would win Emmy awards for their work here.
