Verse 1 Am C It s oh so very hard to be a halfling G F Am It implies I m somehow something less than you C I d rather like it if you called me hobbit F E But the estate of JRR would surely sue. Chorus F G All the tables and the chairs are at the wrong height C Am And we re never served with breakfast 2 or 3 F C The clothes I buy are always made for children G Am It s a hard hard life for poor little me.
