The Yuval Ron Ensemble

The Lost Soul of Spain: Music and Dance of the Sephardic Jews was presented by the Yuval Ron Ensemble at the Museum on February 18, 2009. With Vocalist Najwa Gibran, IsraeliMoroccan dancer Maya Karasso, IsraeliTunisian singer Smadar Levi, and other special guests Featuring Hebrew and Ladino songs from Morocco, Andalusia, Bosnia, and Israel, this event was a preview of the concert that will be performed at the upcoming 2009 International Sacred Music of Fez Festival.
