20 Minute Evening Yoga + Savasana, Deep Stretch Relax
Unwind and relax at the end of the day with this 20minute yoga class for all levels. Enjoy a calming slow flow with deep stretches for the full body before resting in savasana. We ll begin in child s pose to connect with the breath before moving into side body stretches and seated neck rolls. Warm up the spine in traditional cat, cow and stretch the entire backside body in downward dog. Next we move into pigeon pose to stretch the hips, take an optional twist here to deepen the stretch. Open the chest and shoulders in melting heart pose, and finish the main sequence with ragdoll pose. The sequence ends reclined on the floor with hamstring stretches, twists, happy baby and savasana.
