Defects in the morphology of a sperm cell also known as Teratospermia can be classified as: Head defects: Small Acrosomal Area (less than 40 of head area), No Acrosome, Irregular, Amorphous, Elongated, Round, Pyriform, Vacuolated (greater than 20 of the head area occupied by unstained vacuolar areas), Large, Small, Pinhead, Tapered, Double Heads, Or Any multiple combinations of these and other part defects.
