Israel lets off warning strikes near Syrias Presidential Palace

Israeli fighter jets struck near the presidential palace in Damascus, the Syrian capital, early Friday. The strikes signaling a message to President Ahmed alSharaa that they are willing to attack deep inside his country after a recent wave of violence. This week more than 100 people have died in clashes between Syrian progovernment forces and militants from the countrys Druse minority.
