Australian troops unlawfully killed 39 Afghans, report finds, ITV News

A four year long investigation into alleged atrocities carried out by Australia s equivalent of the SAS has found credible evidence they unlawfully killed as many as 39 Afghan civilians. It blamed a warrior culture among soldiers that went unchecked. Some of the killings that could amount to war crimes were caught on cameras worn on the soldier s helmets.
