Macramé Christmas Tree Ornament
Lately, the winter freeze has once again come back to us bringing the holiday season atmosphere. It is truly time to start crafting things for Christmas decoration. Ornaments are of course one of the most popular items. Therefore, today I am showing you how to Macrame a very simple and fast making Christmas tree ornament that even as a beginner, you can still knot it. Knots used: reverse Lark s head knot, square knot and diagonal double half hitch knot. Materials needed: a laser cut star or a wooden ring (13cm diameter), a wooden bead (choose the one having hole that you could pull two 3mm cords through), 3 strand twisted cotton cords 3mm: 90cm x 09 and 70cm x 04, natural jute rope 2mm 30cm x 1, scissors, tape and a pin board (optional). My finished piece is 12 x 18cm. Have fun knotting Facebook: Instagram: Pinterest:
