My Fitness Routine + Brazilian Butt lift DVD Review
OPEN ME PLUUUUEASE So finally my workout routine is out, hope it helps you guys out, I mainly focus on my butt, thighs and stomach since that is where I gain most of my weight. When I finish with the Brazilian butt lift dvd in 6 weeks, ill have an updated video and photos to show I forgot to add one other exercise, the stairmaster, which I do about 10 to 15 mins.
