Bodycam Footage Of Officers Violent Struggle With Suspect

The videos show an initial exchange between onduty officer Joshua Blasingame and 35yearold Dustin Arch Black of Big Flat at about 6 p. m. on May 8, 2022. The footage then depicts a struggle that starts as officer Joshua Blasingame and Chief Peter Powell attempts to detain Black. At one time during the fracas, Black yelled Jesus Christ is our lord and savior when a policeman was biting his fingers after he had shoved them in the policemans mouth.
