France Make Up Tutorial Axis Powers Hetalia

This video was done a couple of months ago but I have been having computer problems which is why it has taken so long to get this video up. This was done by me, AnimeKat2002, as a tutorial for how I do France s beard from Hetalia. I made this because when I have done France at cons I get asked about how I did the beard. In this video I am in casual clothes because at the time this was done I did not have my official uniform yet (I just casually cosplayed him, but I have the uniform now). I also just got
