US police beat and taser man repeatedly while hes on the floor Truthloader

Police in Long Beach, California, have been filmed hitting 46yearold Porfirio SantosLopez with batons and tasering him repeatedly while he lies in the middle of the road. SantosLopez required surgery after the beating and the arrest is being investigated. The police say they have CCTV of SantosLopez punching an unidentified man and say he was violent towards the officers surrounding him.
