Purple Haze solo (Guitar lesson): This time I m playing with backingtrack Don t hesitate to leave your comments and to rate this video. I m using VT80 Vox amp (AC30 channel) and Full Drive 2 pedal. During the solo, in the original record, Hendrix used an Octavia effect, but as I do not have it, I used instead a technique on the pick, to produce a natural sound mixed with artificial Used a Shure SM57 mic.
