Irene E. Schoenberg Communicative Grammar for Multi Level English Language Learners, The New School
This interactive session sponsored by the English Language Studies Department at The New School and Pearson Education will allow teachers to implement these techniques immediately. English language learning is so multifaceted that experts describe a heterogeneous language class as a class with more than one student. Ability, needs, background, age, and psychological makeup are just some of the variables among learners. Preparing different tasks for students at different levels is not always feasible, but learning questioning techniques and providing openended tasks will allow more students to become actively involved in the class.
