DPRK offers end to hostile military strikes, says UN ambassador Sin Son Ho

North Korea has sent a letter to South Korea calling for reconciliation and an end to hostile military strikes. The UN ambassador to the Democratic People s Republic of Korea (DPRK) called this a crucial decision to stop military exercises and if they need to cooperate with the US, they had better hold exercises far away from territorial
