No Choledochoscope No Problem

This video describes a laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with total clearance of stones using simple operative tools. The patient had multiple ERCPs for impacted choledocholithiasis and it was not possible to clear the duct endoscopically. A choledochal cyst was ruled out; therefore, a common duct exploration was pursued.
