Western Ukrainian Village Last Place to Celebrate Real Malanka

One of a kind. Ukrainians living in the village of Krasnoilsk, neighboring Romania, celebrated Red Malanka over the weekend, to welcome in the Old New Year. Villagers dressed up in traditional costumes, and walked in circles around local houses, a tradition that has lasted over 400 years.
