Calls to rescue animals trapped in fences and football netting, have always been amongst the most common for us here, at Wildlife Aid. With the most severe cases causing lethal constriction wounds, it is always vital for us to respond as quickly as possible. So, within minutes of receiving the call, Simon and the team were on the road. Upon arrival, it was clear that the grass snake hadn t been there for too much time, as there didn t appear to be any damage to its scales.
