This is the secret voice message in the secret room overlooking the Caustic Treatment lab. I met a friendly octane in there :) So from what i understand, Caustic is planning to preform a very large experiment. He s basically going to gas Solace City. The only person stopping him is Maldera (The detective from the fight night cinematic) but Caustic plans to set a trap and let Maldera catch him. Also, Wattson knows about this I hope we get a cinematic where it s gonna be Maldera, Wattson and maybe Pathfinder (if he remembers Maldera) vs Caustic. I also saw that there is a city named Little Mouse Nick (Gibby s ex) wrote that on Gibby s heirloom, so they re probably from there or something along the lines.
