Double Staff Practice Log 1, 11, 14

I haven t posted progress videos for a little while, so I ll try to get on that. :) Double staff still at the very tip of the iceberg on this stuff I m trying to really grokk each thing that I learn so that I can flow fluidly with them, but that ends up meaning progress is slow.
