Macindoe Vaginoplasty with amnion graft Prof. Hazem Sammour

20 years old female patient came complaining of failure of penetration during intercourse, on examination she showed blind vaginal pouch, U, S, MRI showed absent uterus, Karyotyping showed XX chromosomes, IVP was done and it was normal, she was diagnosed as (mullerian agenesis) and underwent Macindoe Vaginoplasty with amnion graft
