Hello world :) I was requested to do a tilt tutorial. So that is what I did. I really hope this will help you I never was taught a tilt, I just tried it sometime I guess. . Important is that you are flexible enough to do middle splits and strong enough to hold your leg at least at 90 degrees in developpe.
