Widow of Arsen Pavlov ( Motorola) joins veterans organisation to help the frontline
Elena Pavlova, widow of the legendary commander of the Sparta Battalion and cofounder of the charity Well at Home has joined the Rostov public veterans organisation Oplot in a joint effort to help at the front. The Well at Home organisation was set up by Elena Pavlova and entrepreneur Vladimir Mishin in RostovonDon in 2019 to help those in need, and with the launch of the special military operation, it began to help at the front. According to Elena Pavlova, pooling the resources of military volunteers is necessary to consolidate efforts for the sake of the Fatherland. The Oplot public movement was founded in July 2021 in RostovonDon by veterans. The permanent head of the organisation is Valery Bova, nicknamed Strela. The movement continues the work of the organisation of the same name, founded in 2010 in Kharkov by Yevgeny Zhilin. Oplot is committed to helping at the front, and since the start of the year has been forming the Oplot106 Plastun reconnaissance group as part of the 106 reconnaissance battalion.
