Hartmanswillerkopf, France World War One. Sports. The Alpine Chasseurs ski patrol; on the Hartmanswillerkopf. They seem to ski mostly in a Nordic crosscountry style. Dressed in white trousers, white tunics and white berets; for camouflage in the snow. Shot of the team skiing down a path with almost vertical wall of mountain; with some snowcovered pines; behind them. The skiers coming one by one around a curve past some little cabin nice shot. Another shot of skiers coming out of trees; skiing down slope in open. Not sure of their primary role; whether they re a rescue team or if they lean more toward reconnaissance.
