Pennywise, my husband s (then boyfriend) favorite stray cat showed up in a very bad shape after 3 months of disappearance. He was skin and bones and needed immediate medical attention but unfortunately, my boyfriend can t keep him at his apartment since he was living with roommates. I decided to adopt and rescue Penny without knowing that he will also help me get through my toughest days while living alone during the pandemic.
