Ontario SPCA Remarkable Rehabilitation Program: Lucky dog

Lucky, a seven month old labcross, was surrendered to the Ontario SPCA on November 19, 2007. Lucky was diagnosed with three cervical (neck) fractures and spinal trauma. He was also malnourished, dehydrated and suffered from bed sores. An animal cruelty investigation is ongoing and charges are currently pending against a Scarborough resident.
