Makken Haugen Tests Huge MTB Step Down Red Bull Rampage 2014

There are some massive jump features on the Red Bull Rampage 2014 course, and someone has to be the first to test them. Norway s Mads Makken Haugen created a line that led into the GoPro Stepdown feature, and decided to get the firstjump jitters out of the way as early as possible. Gaining valuable experience (and an exploded rear wheel) from his attempt, he was able to inform the other riders to throttle back a bit.
