The Missing Pages: The Modern Life of a Medieval Manuscript, from Genocide to Justice

On Thursday, May 20, at 12 pm (EDT, 9 am PDT, 7 pm Istanbul), Heghnar Watenpaugh (University of California, Davis) presented her Missing Pages: The Modern Life of a Medieval Manuscript, from Genocide to Justice, the winner of OTSAs (2020) and the Society for Armenian Studies (2019) book prizes, as well as the Gold Medal (tie) in the 2020 Independent Publisher Book Awards in History (World) category. Shirine Hamadeh (Koç University) introduced and Chris Gratien (University of Virginia) moderated the session, and Emily Neumeier (Temple University) was the
