This song was written in 1977 for Dixie, who is the daughter of a dear friend, Duncan Maguire the bass player in a band that Tommy worked in. Tommy often used to babysit little Dixie. The song was recorded on The Day Fingerpickers Took Over The World with the great Chet Atkins. You may notice that neither Tommy is wearing headphones.
