Posture check up. Clip from Zoom class on body practices
Posture and body position is a topic that can be discussed for days and days. Or rather years and years. That s why personally I don t like lessons specifically on the posture because it s a very complex thing, and work on it can last forever. Instead at every lesson I m trying to to do a brief check up of what s going to be most important for the exercises or elements which will follow and also pay attention to some specific aspect. And yeah, it s not that we use exactly the same posture for dancing and exercising. And even while dancing or exercising, yet basic things are the same. And it s good to know what can be different.
