Hi I ve been working on this video for ages now and it s taken a lot of effort to edit. I have been tricking for 1 year and 10 months in this video. I hope everyone enjoys it, there are some new tricks in here and some decent bails. I have a martial arts background in karate but all the tricks are selftaught, filmed mainly in dereham near norwich. Enjoy
