Red, Orangish Orb at Dusk w, no Stars (aka International Space Station) ( California)
Our team believes this is the International Space Station (ISS) flying over Bakersfield, California. Time and date is irrelevant (January 2018). At the time we believed this was an aircraft emitting a large glowing orb to hide itself on return to Edwards AFB. Although now we know it was due to some aerial anomaly in the California sky causing the color, brightness. Something was causing the ISS to have an extremely bright red, orangish hue in this Central Valley area at that time, whether it was pollution or something else in the atmosphere in that year. Our team captured something similar over Meridian, California in this same time 20172018 which we believe to be the same object with the same atmospheric anomaly. It has never happened since in any other location so far for us. When observing the ISS currently we see it as white in color. In Bakersfield, in 2019 after, the ISS always appeared whitish in color, never having this same coloration.
