Cappy is a blind border collie puppy currently in foster care with me and looking for his forever home. He wasn t born blind but had an accident at a very young age. He was going to be put down, but as you can see he gets around just fine and is full of love and life. We re looking for a very special home for Cappy. Contact me if you would like to apply.
