I m not 100 sure how to get blaze reap but I do know you need to at least get the white whistle first I also ran into a interference unit or device at possibly Sandy Ice Area 1 or 2 or Hail Jail, dunno if that have anything to do with don t think it has a mark at all, so you ll just have to try and find the area) After all that you can check if Sandy Ice Area 1 have a main quest mark, walk over there and you ll see Detchuanga.
