Measures will be taken to increase the size of the armed forces

Medvedev: In order to effectively protect the independence and security of the Russian Federation, measures will be taken to increase the size of the armed forces and strengthen them, Dmitry Medvedev said. Next year it is planned to create another army corps, seven divisions, 19 brigades, 49 regiments and a flotilla.
