Dubai, United Arab Emirates welcomed the new year with a mesmerizing display of fireworks from the world s tallest building, the iconic Burj Khalifa. For nearly 10 minutes, fireworks lit the sky over Dubais Burj Khalifa, as hundreds of thousands gathered downtown to watch the spectacular display.
