How to Dutch Braid Pigtails, Qs Hairdos

I had a few requests to re do our original How to Dutch Braid tutorial. I decided to do pigtails in this one but hopefully it is still helpful to those who needed it I love to let her braids out the next day and leave her waves. The Air Dry Cream used in the video helps to tame the frizz.
