N Koshkin Leda (for flute and guitar)

Performed by Svetlana Mitryaykina (flute) and Nikita Koshkin (guitar). In this work I combined together two famous themes to reach the aim. The flute part is SaintSaens Swan and the guitar part is based on Bach s Jesu, Joy of Man s Desiring. The supreme God in Greek mythology Zeus came to Leda turned into a swan. This determined my choice. Bach s music is really divine and SaintSaens s music is inseparable from the image of a swan. To purchase the score contact
