OPEN SHELVING For My Alaskan Cabin Wk 35 Test

Good morning my friends. This week I completed most of the remaining work on kitchen including installation of some open birch shelving. My wife and I have long loved this style of shelving. It creates spaciousness which is especially attractive in this little area. We believe this kitchen would sacrifice it s airy feeling with conventional upper cabinets. For the kitchen lighting I chose fisheyestyle, LED puck lights. These little fixtures are directional and work well when installed in a pitched ceiling. Over the bar I installed a vintage, LED, Edison bulb for it s rustic feel. Lastly, I want to introduce you to my wife and best friend (at the end of this video). She has been a wonderful encouragement to me during this project. The two of us will be heading up to the mountains soon to begin a new and exciting project there.
