It s a massive shame this track never got the attention it deserved. It s one of my favorites off of Anjunabeats Worldwide 01, but despite appearing on such a legendary mix it never seemed to make it big. It has one of the deepest atmosphere I ve heard, and that melody carries an impactful load of emotion. For some reason, this song reminds me of the state of Washington, specifically the Pacific Northwest, where I live. It captures that grand, mysterious aura that characterizes our looming mountains, whose secrets are contained by swathes of united evergreen. Growing up here, I can say the PNW has its own spirit that is always tangible. Perhaps that spirit is green Perhaps this song was made specifically for (As a quick note, I upped the BPM to match its speed on Worldwide 01, and extended the tune slightly).
