Yoga Exercises with the Standing Forward Fold and Half Circle Poses In this video, I will begin by doing some warm up exercises while in the easy pose. Next, I will do the boat pose. This will help strengthen your core muscles as well as improve your balance. From there, I will do an upright seated angle pose. The next exercise, I will do a half circle pose. Next, I will do a variation of the standing forward fold pose. This stretches out your back as well as your legs. I will place my one leg onto the table beside me, and extend my leg out sideways.
