Marco Colored Pencils Pastel Shades, Marco Square C820 In this review we take a look at the Marco Coloured Pencils Pastel Shades, I have long admired the Holbein Pastel Tones set of Colored Pencils and for quite some time, to the best of my knowledge they were the only set of colored pencils dedicated to pastel shades, however Marco introduced their take of a completely pastel only shade set and so I had to get a set to review.
