Thirdday meeting of first short course for chief secretaries of city and county Party committees held The first short course for chief secretaries of the city and county committees of the Workers Party of Korea continued on March 5. The thirdday meeting of the short course gave lectures of reimpressing issues in a comprehensive and systematic way to cement the singleminded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks in every way and give substantial Party leadership for developing the cities and counties in an independent and manysided way. The lectures were given by O Su Yong, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and Economic Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Kim Jae Ryong, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and Director of the Organizational Leadership Department of the Party Central Committee.
