Full title reads: Chicago. Baby doll parade. Fair little mothers do their stuff with an assurance that many grown ups might envy Chicago, Illinois, United States of America (USA). Various shots of young girls and toddlers pushing their dolls and prams in a Baby Doll Competition. Some of the children are wearing fancy dress and have decorated their prams.
