Dave And Dusty Chess (1947)
Title reads: Dave and Dusty. Location of events unknown. Various shots of chess tournament, lots of C, Us of seriouslooking young men. Panning shot of empty room, all the chess boards have been left out while players go to lunch. One young man remains, staring intently at the chess pieces on his board. A small boy (Dave) enters with his pet dog (Dusty). Dave stares at the chess player. He then crawls under table, ties Dusty s lead to chair leg and sits opposite chess player. The chess player looks like he is about to make his move but it s a false alarm. In the end, Dave moves one of his pieces, unties Dusty and walks off.
