Gizmodrome Live in Rome 2018

Gizmodrome is a rock supergroup formed in Italy in 2017. The fourpiece band consists of Police drummer Stewart Copeland, Level 42 bassist Mark King, Italian keyboardist Vittorio Cosma, and guitarist Adrian Belew who played for Frank Zappa, King Crimson, Talking Heads and many others. The group s debut album, Gizmodrome, was released on September 15, 2017. The album was recorded in Milan in over two weeks in Summer 2016 and Spring 2017. Mark King is seen here playing a pick instead of his usual style on a Trace Elliot TBass with a P, J configuration which despite the name is a Status Graphite built bass hence the neck. For me this shows Marks virtuosity he is not only playing with a plectrum but has a much heavier gauge string for cut.
