This little live mini sampler set shows just SOME of Meshells vast genrebedamned a killer cover of Joy Division to straight up jazz (and anything everything in between) she s a musician who s always exploring, always going deeper below the surface to get to the heart soul of the matter, no matter what the genre style might be. Known mostly for her Bass playing, she s actually a multiinstrumentalist, vocalist, writer, producer, arranger, composer band leader. Does it all, and does it all little clip is just one example of the evidence of (i think its from a 2007 radio program Etown based in Boulder, and i think Meshells performance was simulcast from Brooklyn, not sure about that looked on the web for an official link of the show to link to here, but haven t found anything i think its TO GOOD for the world NOT to be able to enjoy,
