Ever since I created this routine, I was craving to do it so often no matter if I trained, had a rest day or only wanted to loosen up my body before bed. Its quick but we still stretch from head to toe body parts: legs, hips, butt, tummy, back, arms spine BEGINNING: we loosen up your body MIDDLE: more intense stretching (legs, hip flexor, etc. ) END: mobility relaxing PS: If you reach a good level of flexibility, your training will also feel much better Your muscles wont feel so stiff anymore, it can ease pain (lower back, knees, etc. ) and you wont feel like a grandma whenever you wake up in the morning haha.
