French Hounds Feeding at Chateau Cheverny
The feeding of the French hunting hounds turns into chaos once the food begins to run out, and is a stunning daily ritual to watch the hounds wait and then devour their meal. Feeding time for the approximate 75 to 100 hounds is 5 p. m. daily and consists of raw meat (raw whole chickens when I viewed) lined up for 10 meters.
