The Dash Part 1
Luke 9:5156 If you look at nearly any tombstone in any cemetery you will find the following: name, date of birth and date of death. Life gets summed up by a small dash between the dates. How about Jesus We know He was born at a specific point in time, and He died on the cross at a specific point in time. But we also know that He was alive with the Father in Heaven eternally before He was born, that He still lives today, presently seated at the right hand of God the Father, and that He is going to return some day to judge both the living and the dead. Still, Jesus has a dash, and His dash is important because His dash was spent letting us know how we should spend our dash.
